Billy the Balloon Guy was probably the best entertainer that we have had at a party yet. He was very professional and friendly. Billy entertained not only the children but the adults also with the balloons that he made and made sure that everyone was satisfied.
I would recommend Billy the Balloon Guy to everyone and we are going to definitely request his service again.
