Sue was perfect. She worked with the protocol people and honor guard, turning in a great performance. She also stayed after the events, chatted with people and posed for pictures. A real professional.

We liked Sue, but she did not play what I asked her to play.

I discussed with the client her review she gave me. She felt I didn't play what was requested. When she called me the day before the funeral, I said I was working on the music she requested. She said not to worry, but play what I wanted if needed. On Friday, I actually played the 2 preliminary tunes as requested plus the normal Amazing Grace at the end. Unfortunately she did not recognize the music played (remember this is a funeral burial and thus highly emotional). I can't disagree that maybe she didn't recognize the pieces, but I guarantee that they were played as written for the bagpipe. My other "reviews" are a solid "5".

Sue was able to accommodate last minute changes to my U.S. Air Force Retirement ceremony. Having a bagpiper at my ceremony was important to me, because I wanted to incorporate my Scottish heritage into the event. It was the little something extra to an otherwise standard air force retirement ceremony.

Will definitely ask her to be part on other occasions. She also suggested music that we did not think of. which was much appreciated sometimes not always thinking clearly in stressful situations. She talked to the family and was very professional.

She was great. Arrived early. Followed directions to a tee and performed perfectly. Everyone was ecstatic she was on site. Will definitely use again next year.
