Start to finish, from the time we made contact through your site, his responsiveness was within minutes. He openly communicated or coordinated with us. Unfortunately we were only able to give him less than a 24 hour notice and about 50 miles from his house, but he continued an exceptional responsiveness and open dialogue for us to be able to get him at the right place at the right time. Above all and most importantly, we have heard from the son and family, they have had nothing but praise & gratitude for his fine performance. They continue to reflect on how professional he was & how he played the bag pipes ever so beautifully! Thank You so much!

It was extremely hot and humid on the day of the funeral. When we started the procession to the grave site, Robert went ahead of the lead car, which was followed by a second car. So we could not hear Robert...I tried to get the funeral director to catch him but she had no success. It was disappointing that we could not hear him during the walk to the grave. It was so hot that it was hard to stand in the sun and enjoy the bagpipes, but Robert played as promised.

I positioned where I told to be, in front of the hearse. In the future if the client wants the pipers in front of the attendees, the client should express that desire.

Robert played at my wedding where my family had travelled far from Scotland to Louisiana and Robert made them feel right at home with traditional Gaelic pipes. He was awesome and it was such an honor to have him pipe my bride down the aisle and have us piped out as a newly married couple. Great job Robert!!
