A bagpiper since 1984, John Goff has performed at hundreds of weddings, funerals, celebrations and parties. As a competitive bagpiper, John has won numerous band and solo competitions. John lives and works in Portland, Oregon and travels to San Diego and plays with San Diego's premiere Grade 2 Cameron Highlanders Bagpipe Band. John is one of the few pipers that not only has retained liability insurance to ensure peace of mind for those who hire him but is a fully licensed LLC.
