Topics covered in consulting: Reviewing historical data to help shape overall strategy Determine the best revenue streams for your event Crafting the perfect run of show that keeps guests engaged and your mission front and center Developing a powerful story for your special appeal/fund a need Refining your script to deliver a program that wows your guests and raises you the most money possible Best practices for Audio/Visual support at your event Day of services include auctioneering, announcements (silent auction closing, etc), and training of volunteers for bid spotting and recording bids. All packages include an event debrief sessions to cover what went well as well as what can be enhanced for future events! Additional consulting time can be added to include support with marketing (ticket sales, donor engagement strategies) and sponsorship strategies.
