Images Party Band was fantastic. From having to deal with playing in the excruciating heat to allowing a party member to do a little karaoke they provided non-stop entertainment for my entire wedding reception. Would love to have them again for any other events.

This was the perfect band for our party. All guests thought they were perfect. Not only professional but personable. I will definitely call them again.

WOW! That just about sums up things. This was for my daughter's wedding reception, and as each "Daddy" knows, this had to be done right! I began researching groups through Gigmasters at the first of this year. Listening to sound tracks, researching each groups abilities as to what they said they would/could handle in ways of taking over your entertainment needs; such as announcements, Emcee/DJ needs, special music requests, song lists they had available to play, etc. I narrowed my search down to two other bands and Images. I then sat down with the bride-to-be and went over each group. When I came to Images' sound track demo, my daughter got real quite. She said, "Daddy isn't that the kind of music you listened to when you were my age? Let me listen to them again." I watched her as she began tapping her toes, song after song. Finally, after two or three replays she said, "I don't believe this. I love their kind of music! Please, please daddy book them before someone else does." Now tell me that this was a total surprise. Therefore we booked Images in February for her June wedding. Steve and I had numerous contacts via E-mail over the next several months. We worked on special issues, music options and more importantly was the fact that I wanted my nephew's Jazz Band to preceed Images during the social cocktail hour of the reception. With all the final itinerary details in place I dropped the schedule into Steve's lap one week before the reception. The day of the reception came and as I entered the Pavilion the jazz group was playing on stage and Images was controlling the sound system. I was met by the event manager with this look of horror on her face. She informed me that because of uncontrolled circumstances two of the six members could not make the reception. I smiled at her and said, "This group has many years of experience doing receptions, probally only you and I will know the difference, just don't tell Megan." I wasn't wrong either! Images stayed with my itinerary. Steve introduced the wedding party as the Jazz band celebrated the couple with their last number. Then Steve began the dinner hour with CD music as both the bands changed the stage setup for Images to take over the stage. There were the traditional ceremonies, then Steve smoothly led us into the Ist dance/father daughter/mother son dances with requested CD music. THEN...THEN...it was time for Images to shine. I could not beleive how these young people took to Images (my music). The dance floor was flooded with young people, and the oldsters like me. Keep in mind that we were in an outdoor Pavilion, 84 degrees outside and humidity in thw low 80%. Images just kept jamming song after song for nearly an hour and a half. I was on the dance floor and I heard saxophones playing as backup. I turned around and looked up on stage and there was my nephew and two of his band members JAMMING with Images. Now that was an unscheduled treat that Images had set me up for. I actually think that even my daughter's buddies couldn't stay up with Images in the heat. You would see the dance floor start to thin out and become empty. I really think this was a strategy move on Images' part; but they would play a couple of downbeat songs to give the kids a breather, then break loose again, only to have the dance floor fill back up. Was I disappointed that there were only four members present? "Yes!" Only because I was not able to meet Robey and Kathy in person that evening. This band is very seasoned and professional. Many other younger groups might of created a disaster for me that evening, or may have even had to cancel at the very last minute. The professionalizm of this group really shined through that night! For the last several days I have been running into those that came to the reception and everyone totally raved about Images. Ahem! Especially my fellow "oldsters". Would I recommend Images Party Band to someone. I leave you with what I told Steve as they were breaking down their set, " You know Steve, I have another daughter in the wings!" Thanks goes to Steve, Doug, Butch and Brian for a total memorable evening.

I just want to thank the Images Party Band for a great evening!! We could not have picked a more perfect band to play at our wedding. The Images Party Band were not only talented and great fun but made the evening a night we will never forget. We received compliments from our guests all night about this band. (All the guests were dripping of sweat because no one would stop dancing!!) Thanks again for playing at our wedding and playing for all our crazy friends and family!! Images Party Band played for our wedding reception. They went far beyond our expectations and kept us dancing and singing all night long! They were very professional and took care of our every need! They were even able to play our special songs and took care of announcing all of our activities. Thanks for making our wedding a night that none of us will ever forget!

They were just fantastic! We were reminiscing the other night about what other major function could we put on, just to have them again. We live in CT and the marriage venue was in the mountains of NC. We had guests from 12 states and 3 countries. To a person, everyone told us how great the music was. When we contacted Steve, we told him that over the years, weddings we had attended all seemed to boil down to how good was the band. My cousin had found the ultimate band in NJ about 4 years ago. Every occasion afterwards was judged by that affair. So Steve and Kathy and the group had a lot to live up to. They far exceeded any possible comparison. My cousin told me later that night that Images Party Band was the best she had ever heard. Her daughter is getting married in October, in another state, and she is seriously trying to think of how to hire them. They were that fantastic! But I think the true accolade came from my 83 year old aunt. The music was contagious. So contagious, that she was up out of her chair, free from her walker, and danced with 2 sons, one grandson, one nephew, and several great nephews. Kathy had everyone rocking. To anyone in the NC area or thereabouts, I highly recommend this band. I've been to a lot of parties in the northeast, I've been to a lot of great affairs, I have been to a lot of weddings. Steve and his band just blew them all away. Honestly, the whole family is trying to figure out how we can get them back again. My daugher had very specific criteria for her wedding. Family and a great band were at the top of her list. If you want the event of a lifetime, call Steve and the Images Band.

They were great! We had some real music afficinados at our wedding and everyone was thouroughly impressed. I mentioned the ballpark price we paid for Images and our wedding coordinator(who stayed and danced at our recpetion) almost did not believe me. She said she would have no problem reccomending them for other events held at The Carolina.

They were one of the easiest vendors to work with. They accommodated special reuests and I got compliments on the music at my reception for weeks after it was over. I would highly recommend them.

A great cover band. A powerful evening of energy and entertainment.

These guys were great. Steve worked with us on our wedding ceremony music selection. He listened to what we had in mind, and after doing his own research, we came up with music that pleased both of us. During the reception, they were awesome!! They really took over for us and were accomodating to whatever we wanted to do. Everyone enjoyed them. Their music was great and they were all very friendly. I would definitely recommend Images Party Band for a wedding reception or any other big get-together!

The Images Party Band was fantastic. They learned all of the songs that i wanted them to play and they were so super to work with!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!
