I'm a guitar soloist with a loop station. This allows me to play straight acoustic or go beyond, and lay down a bass line, drums, and even harmonies, thus creating more of a small band feel.
I started singing at my mom's gigs at the age of four, performing at venues ranging from yacht clubs, riverfront restaurants, street festivals, Disneyland, Six Flags, and even my grandfather's active retirement lodge. Additionally, I performed for Carnival Cruise Lines, 6 days a week, four hours a day, widening my experience, and deepening my ability to read, and appreciate my audience. Regardless of whether I'm playing to a crowd of 2 or 200, I always bring my A game.
I have since expanded my experience to include wine bars, wineries, weddings, and a variety of other private events.
I perform across the genres including Modern and 70's Pop, Country, Classic Rock, Reggae, Oldies, Musical Theatre, and even a bit of Motown.
I am personable, and enjoy connecting with people. I am passionate about music. It is powerful! It elicits our deepest emotions and, speaks directly to our hearts. It transcends barriers, and tells the stories we often can't put into words. Music touches the emotions we often don't know how to express. It can make us feel vulnerable, transparent, and . . . As Henry Winkler so eloquently quipped in the 2012 movie, Here Comes the Boom, “Music takes us where words cannot.”
