Bohemian Summer is an Acoustic Duo consisting of Melissa Goodman and Vinnie DeMasi that performs all the best in Pop and Rock of yesterday and today and we rock it! A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Vocal Performance, Melissa is classically trained but can sing almost anything. She will enchant you with her melodious, rich and beautiful vocals on her ballads an enrapture you with her sexy edginess of her singing Rock and roll, Pop and country music. In addition to her singing, she plays bass and percussion. She has performed in several bands including Plan B, a Classic Rock and Motown band, Fire and Ice , a pat Benetar tribute band and us and Floyd a Pink Floyd Tribute band and now in her very own project, Bohemian Summer! Vinnie DeMasi has performed in several bands and acoustic Acts including THe Mulligan's, The Ronald Reagan's Big 80's Show, White Wedding and now Bohemian Summer! He is an excellent guitarist and sings beautiful harmonies. He is a fixture in the New York music scene. Vinnie has performed in the pit Orchestras of the Broadway shows Mama Mia, Jersey Boys, and School of Rock, He has had the opportunity to perform with the great Jimmy Buffett, 50's Rock Legends Herb Reed's Platters, THe Cascades (Rhythm of THe Rain) and Actor Chris Burke of NBC's Life Goes On. He works as an author and interviewer for Guitar Player Magazine, and is a guitar instructor at New York City Guitar School. Bohemian Summer performs music by artists like the Beatles, The Bangles, Kelly Clarkson, Miley Cirus, Crosby Stills and Nash, Dobie Gray, Elton John, Incubus Janice Joplin, Fleetwood Mac, Prince, Stevie Nicks, Supertramp, Toto, TLC,Train, U2, 311 and many many more..... We will make your party or event a huge success by having everyone up sining and dancing and having a great time!
