The Morning Architect Acoustic Band from Watertown, MA

If you're looking to add a creative touch to your wedding ceremony, reception, or other event, The Morning Architect can help. We are a four piece acoustic indie folk/pop band that writes and performs original songs and covers tunes ranging from classic pop hits (think Sam Cooke, The Temptations, The Beatles, Hall & Oates) to recent indie hits (think Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, Bright Eyes, Iron & Wine, Ingrid Michaelson). Our ensemble and unique repertoire will make the music at your event memorable. The Morning Architect is a Boston based band featuring Matt Hanna (acoustic guitar/mandolin), Joann Bellis (flute/vocals), Alyssa Lawson (cello/vocals), and Marian DiDio (vocals). Armed with a healthy dose of classical training, the four members collaborate to create original songs with unique harmonies in the indie folk/pop genre. In addition to house concerts and local shows, they have also provided a creative touch to wedding ceremonies and receptions, where they can perform originals and acoustic covers to suit any need.
