The Dying Breed Band Americana Band from Naperville, IL

We are a three piece acoustical band doing songs from the 60's and 70's with some original material. We are unique in the arrangements. We all sing, we play guitar, mandolin, bass, slide guitar, harmonica and even a kazoo. We tend to do music that stresses the crazy times of the 60's and 70's with music from CSN, Springsteen, The Band, Dylan, Warren Zevon and a lot of others. We can deliver a political message or just provide a updated view of the music. Because we trade off instruments and singing, the music is never boring. We may be acoustically based, but we amplify to get better sounds. Ever heard a fuzz boxed mandolin? We use one. Again, we can play soft poignant ballads or hard rocking songs. What ever you need.
