It is said that home is where the heart is. For Virginian Crystal Day, the spotlight is where she calls home. Her powerhouse vocals and prodigious writing ability lends her a musical style comparable to that of Shania Twain and Katy Perry. There is no denying that she is comfortable with sharing her gift to a crowd.She has performed at such venues as Pocono Raceway, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Amsterdam Music Festival, Wildhorse Saloon, and many others around the world. With a passion to act and perform, Crystal's main motivation is to be an entertainer. “I can't image doing anything else in my life.” Crystal took her talents to Music City where she began co-writing with top-notch songwriters, joining forces with famed Nashville producer Biff Watson (Blake Shelton, Keith Urban, Tim McGraw, Lady Antebellum, Charles Kelley, Martina McBride, etc.) and developing material for her upcoming EP Brave, which contains five powerful songs that showcase her stunning writing ability and flawless vocals. Day's talents don't stop at performing; the tunesmith is also an accomplished author. Having always turned to writing during tough times, she was inspired to write her first children's book after a tragic family event. The book has since developed into a series. With her unyielding confidence and a go get 'em attitude, Crystal has set the bar high and if her stage presence and immense talent are any indicator of what's to come, the finish line is nowhere in sight.
