They made my 50th birthday more special, and exciting then I could of imagined.
The Group was just on top of everything, the arrival, set up time keeping my guest entertained up to the last minute. Everyone was mad because the party was at and end. The group leader Joe was on top of his game, very helpful and explained to me any concerns that I may have. I requested two songs and they were performed at the best level. This was my first time ever hiring someone for an event w/out hearing or seeing them perform I went by the recommendations from gigmasters clients and I am so pleased and happy with every thing.

I contracted the Winstons to play in my home at my after party as part of my retirement celebration.I could not have made a better choice. OMG, they were everything that I hoped for. They not only sang they performed. My guest came to the door booping to the music. They were wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I would definitely use them again. They are professional, courteous and entertaining. They showed up well ahead of time to get set up and were ready to start jamming when the time came. The Winston were the best band we have had at our 4th of July celebration in a long, long time. Totally professional in terms of arriving and time and other contract agreements. They set a fun tone from the beginning and had the entire community up and dancing ALL evening. People are calling me already to get contact information.
Great great talent (better than the promotional CD). Great, great voices, musicians and horn section. We would consider ourselves lucky to work with them again!

The Winstons Band was absolutely amazing at my Dad’s 75th birthday party. Excellent performance they were extremely professional and very accommodating they had everyone up on the dance floor. At the end of the night everyone was asking for the Winstons number to call them. My cousin from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania wants the Winstons to come and perform for his party. The Winstons were an absolute pleasure to work with...I thought they were terrific and my guests were likewise impressed with their music and their lively act. VERY nice people! I was so pleased with their performance. Joe the manager of the band called me to make sure what the event was and what we needed as far as the performance goes. This was for my family reunion in VA and everyone enjoyed them. I amd trying to get them again for an event in DECEMBER.hahahaha They worked with me on everything. Its just so hard to explain their professionalism but I highly encourage them. Thanks

Joe Phillips has a strong stable of musicians in the Winstons. They graciously took all requests, and their level of musicianship is such they not only play the solid hits of ALL the decades, they cook 'em up like they wrote them themselves. The dance floor at our 50th class reunion was packed like I've never seen it before, and I was worried that our crowd was getting too old to boogie! :) This band doesn't disappoint!

We had a mostly 50+ crowd at our "Senior Prom" at our tavern. From the moment the Winston's started playing the crowd was dancing. Their selection of songs for the event was perfect. Their performance was outstanding. We heard only positive comments from our crowd. From the owner's point of view, they were very easy to work with and did exactly what they said they would do. I highly recommend them. We definitely hope to have them play for us again.

The Winstons were wonderful. They helped make our fundraising event a sucess! They were very professional and easy to work with. The band was excellent and was the perfect entertainment for our event. It would not have been the same without them. I received many compliments from the guests and many of them picked up business cards for future events. I would hire them without hesitation for any future events our group would host and would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for entertainment! Thank you guys you were amazing!

How can I begin to thank The Winstons enough for the AMAZING job they did at our recent function? I have never seen people so quickly flood the dance floor and stay there and it was all due to the fantastic music and personality of the band. The Winstons performed at my wedding. They did a magnificent job. They were there and set up on time and they were dressed to impress. I was very pleased with the song selection and they were able to take our ques and cut the music to fit our first dance and the father/daughter dance. They played light accompanying music during dinner and were very well received by our guest. We danced and partied the night away. I would not only recommend them again but I would also hire them for any other event that we may have.

We hired The Winstons to play at my wife's 40th Birthday Party. They were great. They got people out on the dance floor. Everyone was very complimentary about the band. I was particularly impressed that they learned a song that my wife really like (Reggae Woman). They were also very professional. They showed up early and were very easy to work with. I would hire them again and I would highly recommend them.

The Band and its management were very easy to work with and they coordinated the arrival and set up very professionally.
There were moments of excellence in the bands performance where the crowd was drawn to their on stage performance. In general however there appeared to be a lack of energy (for whatever reason) and at times when the band was struggling through (while reading the lines to the music) a set, it appeared to be more of a rehearsal than a performance.
For the premium paid I expected better from the Band. The best way I can summarize the experience is that, in respect for the audience, I cut short the last scheduled set and ended with a DJ.

We respect the feedback from this client,however,usually when you perform at a function, when the crowd is thin, and the promoter is losing money, usually, there is not much that you can do to make the promoter happy.
Every function that we have done in the past has been a success. There were crowds there, and everyone was happy. We received outstanding feedback from all other clients.
We will not be discouraged by one client,and will continue to serve our clients, with the high quality that we have in the past.

The Winstons provided everything that was asked of them their overall talent was
was nice instrumentaley and vocally, however I think that the 2 ur DJ sounds could of been a little stronger, but overall I'd be happy to invite them back
