DOCTOR, DOCTOR! is a seven piece, high energy, and well respected party band.  We play all over the Southeast providing entertainment for wedding receptions, class reunions, private parties, fundraisers, birthday parties, and corporate functions.

Our ever-expanding repertoire features pop, rock, motown, soul, funk, and smooth jazz.  DOCTOR, DOCTOR! is professional.  We will meet your expectations of superb musical entertainment.

WE'RE YOUR BAND

RAY STANLEY/KEYBOARD-
  Ray began his professional music career as a studio musican in Tampa spanning thirteen years.  After playing with Busch Garden's bands, he traveled with several other bands playing a variety of music and instruments.  Ray joined the Motown circuit playing with Harold Jackson (Drifters), Doc Evans(Coasters), and Carl Knighton (Cornelious Brothers and Sister Rose).  Later, Ray formed his own group, The Pocket Dogs, which played throughout Florida.  Ray joined DOCTOR, DOCTOR! in 2002.


BUCKY FERGUSON/BASS, VOCALS-
  Bucky started playing guitar in his early teens and worked as sound engineer for the early country rock band, Steamboat Springs, in the mid seventies.  Always a fan of bluegrass music, he learned to play the dobro and spent ten years with Cedar Creek Bluegrass.  After a fourteen year hiatus, and hungry to get back into music, in 2001 a friend, Jane Campbell, encouraged him to get a bass and come play with a group of older people, actually he was the oldest, who were forming a band.  He and Jane are the only remnants of the orginal group that became DOCTOR, DOCTOR!

JANE CAMPBELL/DRUMS-
  Jane has a lifelong facination with playing drums.  Her enthusiam is contagious - part of the reason people of all ages feel the beat at DOCTOR, DOCTOR! events.  Jane is the organizing force behind DOCTOR, DOCTOR!  From initial contact with clients to fine tuning upcoming gigs, no detail is without significance.

RICKY BRUNETTI/DRUMS-
 Former teen idol and original member of Bo Donaldson and the Heywoods, Ricky Brunetti is an exceptional musician and drummer.  Ricky has a Gold Album for the #1 Billboard hit "Billy Don't Be a Hero."  He has shared the stage with Ringo Starr, Jerry Lee Lewis, Jermaine and Latoya Jackson, and many more.  He has recorded with the Guitar Boy Project and has many #1 hits on the international internet charts.  Together, Ricky and Jane Campbell lay down awesome grooves at DOCTOR, DOCTOR! gigs.

DAVON LAWHORN/VOCALS,GUITAR- 
Lead male vocalist and the youngest member of DOCTOR, DOCTOR!, Davon began his musical career singing in the St. Anne's Episcopal Church Choir.  He was a selected member of the Georgia Music Educators' Association Senior High Men's All-State-Chorus, and the region 1AA State Champion Quartet.

HARRY KING/SAXOPHONE- Harry started his music career in middle school and continued throughout college.  He has played in District Bands, All County Bands, All College Bands, and All State Bands.  He has shared the stage with numerous gospel artists and professional jazz artists.  Harry received a music education degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.  He owns King's Productions, a recording studio, where he also teaches saxophone, piano, drums, and voice.

ANGIE CARR/VOCALS, TRUMPET-  
Angie recently added her musical talents To DOCTOR, DOCTOR! as vocalist.  Although Angie plays several instruments, vocals have always been her passion.  In her position as Director of Music at Tifton's First United Methodist Church, Angie developed her interest in a wide variety of musical styles which include traditional and contemporary church music, popular music, and Bluegrass.  Angie opened for The Isaacs and for many other musicians/musical groups.  She has also performed for representatives, governors, and President Jimmy Carter.  Angie brings to the band passion and experience...where she is, there is good music!

TOMMY BARBER/ LEAD GUITAR-
 Tommy picked up a guitar at age two and never put it down!  He has played in blues, country, and gospel bands throughout his life.  Tommy has shared the stage with many greats including Shirley Ceaser.  His multi- talented versatility adds dimension to the DOCTOR, DOCTOR! line-up. 

   


We loved them!!! Both my husband and I love music, and we wanted a band that played a variety of songs that  would be fun to dance to all night.  Doctor, Doctor! has to be the best band that we have ever heard at a wedding or event, so we could not have been more excited with our choice.  From the moment that they announced the wedding party until the very last song of the night, everyone was on the dance floor having a great time.  All of our friends that were at the wedding are still raving about our band and how much fun our reception was.  We will continue using them for years and years to come for any party or event that we host.  Amazing in every aspect!!! 

Doctor Doctor was fantastic! Our guests enjoyed the music and the band accommodated our request to play our Greek Music for our Greek dancing ... Wonderful evening and we will request the band again when the occasion occurs!  Thanks Doctor Doctor!!!!

They were an amazing group to work with.  They came at the time they said they would and played as agreed.

If announcements needed to be made, they were very gracious.
We intend to use them next year.

We had a blast.  However, I wished that we would have been able to request a first dance song.  Otherwise, we highly recommend them.

The band was fantastic!! They are a great dance band or if you preferred to just listen their vocals are awesome! Thanks Doctor Doctor for a successful party. 

Doctor Doctor was just incredible!  They were so friendly & entertaining!!  Our crowd ranged from 21 to 85 & everyone had a blast!!  We will definitely hire them again!!!
