Joe DiVita is a diverse musician available as a soloist (with or without computer backing tracks) on Steel Drums/Vocals as well as a Duo, Trio or Quartet.

Joe is also available as a solo acoustic guitar act. On Steel Drum he performs traditional island songs (Calypso, Rhumba etc) as well as Reggae (Bob Marley, UB40), classic rock (Creedance Clearwater Revival, Grateful Dead) as well as some Bossa-Nova Jazz (Antonio Carlos Jobim, Luis Bonfa). Also standard wedding ceremony repertoire. (Bridal March, recessional, Pachelbel's canon in D)

As a solo acoustic act, Joe's repertoire covers a plethora of 60s and 70s hits, (Elvis, Beatles, Eagles, Marley, James Taylor, Stevie Wonder) some 1980's (The Police, Talking Heads, Peter Gabriel) and 90's (Sublime, Stone Temple Pilots)

Joe, as well as his group, has performed all over the east coast in a wide variety of settings as a sideman as well as a band leader for different original acts, cover and wedding bands and continues to work as a session musician, teacher and band leader.

Joe can perform solo or with a group for up to 4 hours.
