the reviews about Ted were right, he was Fantastic! I read through all the bios and reviews for the Elvis' that would come to the area where the party was being held (a retirement party for my mom) and I wrote my own top 3 with Ted at the top and a star next to it, and I'm glad I trusted my own judgement. I would definitely recommend Ted for any function. My mom was totally surprised she asked him what he was doing there and he simply said "I'm here for you"--I thought she was going to fall off her chair. He kept it simple, but was smooth, accommadating and a Great time!! Very happy with the whole experience :)

Ted was the highlight of our event! I worked the information booth and actually had people stopping to find out what time he was going to perform. Some had seen him before or had him at their birthday parties. They loved him so much, that they couldn't wait to see him again! Since this was my first time seeing him myself, I couldn't wait to see if he measured up to everyone elses opinion. He w-a-y surpassed my expectations! He was very crowd friendly, personable and professional. It was hard at times to remember he really wasn't Elvis, himself! I would highly recommend Ted to anyone wanting an Elvis impersonator! He was absolutely wonderful!

Ted's performance was awesome and he has an amazing voice! My mom was so surprised that Elvis came and sang at her surprise 60th birthday party. He was very professional and really put on a great performance, engaging the crowd to ensure that all had a great time, young and old. Even the pastor had a blast!! My mom's 60th party is something that will be talked about forever, thanks to Ted. Thank you again Ted for making my mom's party so memorable for all of us!!

I was very excited to learn that Ted was available for our event as he was my favorite and first choice after lots of searching online! He looked the most like Elvis and that is what we were looking for - a "look alike", not a tribute artist to perform all night - we had already hired a band. We did have Ted Elvis perform for about 20 minutes and everyone loved it and had a blast with him; he sounded great and looked great! he is very charming and was overall a pleasure to work with! Thank you!!!

My mom's 60th surprise party was even more wonderful because Ted Tharp, our Elvis was a part of her special day. Ted was not only a wonderful performer but a pleasant and kind demeanered man, a real family man. I was very happy with how soulfully he performed Elvis's songs. Elvis would be proud! Every guest could not get over how great Ted was and we are all still talking about him. I have already recommended him to a friend for their party. We will hire Ted again someday when the occassion is right. God Bless you Ted. Much success to you in the future.

We had the perfect party with Ted as the surprise guest, straight from Graceland. My daughter and our other children also were totally shocked as were our guests. From the minute I saw Ted I knew he would be great because he looked so much like Elvis. Every mannerism, intonation, and song selection wes perfectly rendered. He and his partner quickly set up all the equipment and were completely professional. We had rented a 4'x4' staging platform from the rental company which was a stroke of genious. I would highly recommend Ted Tharp to everyone. Besides being so outstanding he is a complete gentleman and was attentive to our needs from the beginning.

Elvis was the hit of the party!! He sang "can't help falling in love" for the first dance of the bride & groom. The crowd loved it and him! Everyone there will remember that dance. He was very helpful, working with me to surprise everyone at the reception and boy,did he!
It was great fun and I would reccommend Ted for any party.

We asked Ted Tharp to come on late in the program, so it was hard for him to sing at such a late hour,10:00 PM and then to just sing for one hour. But he was a good sport and did an excellent job for us. The feedback from our veterans and attendees was positive. They enjoyed his singing and we will look forward to having him again in the near future.

Ted was the big surprise for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary so my request was perhaps unique.
Ted posed as just the DJ for our party until after dinner. As I was at the podium speaking about the time when my parents were still kids and they almost broke up over my mom's passion for Elvis, Ted swaggered in and in a perfect impersonation of Elvis, he apologized for causing so much trouble and gave my mom a new picture of "himself" to replace the one my dad had made her tear up when they were teenagers. It was hilarious!
Then Ted sang for about 2 hours and everyone danced and had a great time. Everyone enjoyed his performance and really believed he did a great Elvis!

Ted's performance and overall appearance was outstanding! He arrived early and was all set-up to surprise my husband for his 40th birthday. His white sequinned outfit looked great and he has the closest resemblance to Elvis from other impersonators that I have seen. Everyone had a such a great time dancing and getting their pictures taken with Elvis!
I would highly recommend Ted for any special occasion for he has the real look and sound of Elvis!

Our guests we're unaware of the surprise performance they were to see at our party. To their surprise Elvis (Ted) was there to perform a concert. Our friends and family were amazed by his appearance, performance, and personality! Ted turned our party from good to great! We had calls from our guests after the party thanking us for inviting them stating that they had such a great time and how great of a performance it was.
They have asked for Ted's information - that's a testimony in itself.

Ted Elvis was fantastic! Our actual wedding was held in Las Vegas and there was an "Elvis" who performed there. We were "recreating" the event for our family who was unable to travel for the destination wedding. Ted Elvis was far better as "Elvis" than the impersonator in Vegas. He looked the part, sang better ang gyrated the Elvis moves. He was also very easy to work with! If you want "Elvis", you want Ted Tharp!

WE LOVED IT! Ted was as nice as could be, played into my guests well during the show, and was completely professional. It was just last night, but my husband and I have heard from most everyone who attended talking about how much they enjoyed themselves. I'm so thankful I picked a winner for once!
