Hiring Ed was the best decision I ever could have made for my rehearsal dinner! He is seriously amazing. He showed up early, donned a smile the whole night, played the absolute best songs, and had everyone up and dancing all night long. My fiancé and I received countless compliments (I think more than we did on our wedding band!) about Ed and his performance. If you want your guests to have a good time singing along and dancing to the classics, Ed is the guy for the job.

My husband and I love Billy Joel/Elton John, so for our wedding we hired Ed to perform during our dinner reception and to do Piano Man as our last song. Having never seen or heard Ed perform in person, we took a gamble in hopes that Ed would live up to our expectations on such an important day, and he definitely did! Not only is he an unbelievable performer, he has a fantastic voice! When he wasn't performing, he was dancing with our guests on the dance floor. He was definitely the highlight of the night. People are still talking about how phenomenal he was. You can't go wrong with Ed McCarron!!!

Awesome, awesome, awesome! Within 10 minutes of Ed's performance my guests were coming up to me asking where I found him. Ed was wonderful - he knew instinctively what my guests wanted to hear, everyone had a great time and Ed made it happen! He is fun, very personable and accommodating. Not only will I strongly recommend him, but I know I will definitely hire him for my future events.

Eds' performance was a surprise wedding gift to my new husband who just loves piano music. His favorite song is the piano man by Billy Joel which Ed performed to perfection. We were only able to see a small portion of his performance because of a wardrobe malfunction : ( but what we did see was just perfection! What we didn't see was raived about by our guests. They really enjoyed his prop's and personality. Almost everyone was singing along as we entered the cocktail room.They kept asking where we found ED and how could they get in contact him! Ed truly made our cocktail hour special and I would't hesitate to hire him again or recommend him. Thanks Ed!

Ed, has performed for us for several private events, this was the first for a company event. He was well received and filled large shoes to be the only entertainment for several hours and he did it with ease. By the end of the event he had us joining in singing and laughing the event was a success! Ed is everything a performer should be. His voice is that of velvet caressing your ear drums, yet he is like a chameleon sensing and blending into any event whether it be formal or casual he is a professional. I highly recommend him and will continue to request the pleasure of his talents until he reaches stardom at which time I’ll be able to say, I know that guy!

Ed is the greatest! He was so helpful before the ceremony answering emails promptly and finding the music we requested. He was so much fun at the reception playing music that was enjoyed by all ages. The event was my wife's 50th birthday cocktail party at our house-- black tie and all, not to be formal or stuffy, but to be an upbeat stylish adult party. Ed was exactly what we hoped for: Talented, a wonderful singing performer, gracious and a very fun focus for the night. We would absolutely recommend Ed, and in fact are trying to decide when we can throw another event just to have him back.

Ed is very personable, and talented! As well as Heather, the requested female singer that accompanied Ed. Both their voices were strong and beautiful.

We got to know Ed from his performances at the Other Place Pub, and hired him for the party after having so much fun there with him. Ed makes you feel like you've known him for years. He is hyper-aware of the audience at all times, and is able to read the room so that he seems to play songs just as we think about them! He is more than open to requests or other ideas during (and prior to) his performance; he didn't even flinch when my sister and I asked to sing into his mike for one performance by us! He is kind, patient, versatile, and as talented on the keyboard as he is vocally. His sense of humor, musical knowledge, and charm make Ed McCarron the total package!

Ed is creative, well-rounded, spontaneous, entertaining, and his professionalism is off the charts. We enjoyed meeting him in our own house to discuss our wishes for our wedding. He was willing to play any song we suggested. When we were unsure about procedures he was right there with suggestions on what we could do and checked with us to make sure it was catered to what we would like. He is a great piano-, trumpet-, harmonica player and singer, as well as a great dj with a large database of songs. If one word had to describe Ed's wedding reception performance it would be PERFECT! My wife and I wanted to do something unique for our wedding instead of having just a regular dj. The two of us love the piano and found Ed on the gigmasters website. One of our biggest concerns was if a piano player could get the audience involved and on the dance floor. Ed did not dissappoint with this!
Our guests could not stop complementing on what a great job he did. Ed was able to use his outgoing personality to get everyone involved whether they were a kid or an adult. I would not hesitate to recommend or book Ed in the future.

We LOVED having Ed at our wedding! We had a daytime wedding and were a little concerned that people wouldn't be in the mood to dance and have fun, but boy did Ed make sure to put them in the mood. Probably half of the guests came up to us afterwards and said that ours was the most FUN wedding they have EVER been to, and I know that is all because of Ed. Hire him for your special event, he will be the highlight of the party!

I would highly recommend having Ed entertain your guests. I recently hosted a birthday party for my wife with ~25 people attending and I think it was the best party we've ever had. I believe Ed was the main reason. He took requests, played some newer music and seemed to know 100's of songs. His piano playing and singing were just what the party needed. We had guests dancing and singing along in my living room all night long. Ed's playlist was a perfect fit for our group.
I will definitely be hiring Ed in the future.
