Santa Rick was not only professional he was courteous and helpful. When he came in he brightened up the residents holiday and I would not hesitate to have him come again next year. He is pleasant and cheerful and full of holiday cheer.

Santa Rick was fabulous! Children and adults alike had a great time. My brothers asked how I found him because they were so impressed. I wish the app had a “tipping” feature. I reached out to get his address so that I could add a well deserved tip!

Santa Rick arrived late because his GPS took him to the wrong location. I am understanding of this, but then he charged additional money for mileage I'm assuming was spent because he got lost. He fell asleep intermittently throughout his gig here, and spent too much time looking at his phone instead of interacting with the families. It served its purpose for us, but was overall relatively disappointing.

Santa Rick was great to work with both before and during the event. Aside from looking the part, he was also so good with the children, reciting Christmas poems and stories to keep them entertained.

Santa Rick is great. He was on time and professional throughout the evening. The kids loved him. He greeted every child when he got there. They all got to visit with him and he read a story to them. This is the second year that we've had Santa Rick, and I would have him again every year.

Next time we’d sing carols instead of story. I pictured a picture book not reading off an iphone. Not sure he wanted kids to sit on lap- whole purpose was to tell him what they would- it was in the instructions. after gifts, seemed like he was leaving kids hadnt talked to him and no pictures. he was very authentic, beard, his hair, his own padding . Talking about north pole was great. professional, calling and making sure of all arrangements. forgot bag of presents on the porch to bring in. $90 for 30 minutes I Had higher expectations. Double booked me and then wanted me to change day or time. That was his problem getting family Party was hard enough

Santa did not show up!! We had guests that had come from long distances (Idaho). I cannot recall experiencing such a huge disappointment. When I was able to get hold of him, he said he thought it was 10:30 p.m. I said, "Why in the world would I have a Santa party with small children at 10:30 at night!" He was very apologetic, but that did not help produce a Santa. Obviously, I need my $140 refunded as quickly as possible.

He was not prepared with what I asked him to do at the party.He didn't know the kids' names forgot to bring in the gift.He should have had the Night Before Christmas memorized instead of reading it.The kids enjoyed him he was very kind and personable.
