Jose Conde Y Ola Fresca were fantastic! They had people on their feet and literally begging for more! One guest actually wept about the fact that the party was over and they had to pack up! Jose Conde and the band were real gentlemen and I wish I could have them play for all our parties! This was a fundraiser for the arts and it was a record breaking success! Thank you Jose Conde Y Ola Fresca!!!!!

Jose is unreal! They made our wedding! The wedding was 2 days ago and I'm still having to tell people about where I found them. I went to see them live at S.O.B.'s downtown before they played our wedding and we knew 1 song in that we made the greatest choice! Full of energy and passion, people cant hesitate to dance. We hired them as a 6 pc. band but he has multiple combinations. They did an amazing jazz trio for the cocktail hour. Then all 6 joined forces for our dance sets during the reception. Jose and his band made our NIGHT! Jose you have a fan for life! Please keep me up to date on any new albums you are putting out, I want a signed copy my friend!

Jose Conde was fabulous: he got everyone to dance, including both salsa lovers and those less accustomed. He has an amazing voice, a very tight band, and a great mix of original and classic material. He was also great to work with. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

We loved Jose's music, but were unsure about hiring a full-on Latin band for our wedding. We shared our concerns with Jose, and he offered ideas and put us at ease. He's an amazing artist and an attentive professional. He stayed in great contact with us - counseling on song choices for the ceremony & reception, learning songs we love (he did a remarkable version of Paul Simon's Father & Daughter for my dance with my dad!), and mixing up his superb Latin trademarks with our favorite songs. Our guests spent the entire night on the dance floor, and everyone commented how FANTASTIC the music was. Jose's band was a highlight of the party & we HIGHLY recommend them!

We hired JC Band for our 8/1 wedding in Vermont; the music was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. It honestly felt more like a concert than a wedding and our guests were blown away by the level of playing (as was I). We had three musical needs for the event: ceremony (solo pianist), cocktail hour (trio), and reception (quintet); all three parts were performed seamlessly. The reception consisted of a combination of latin salsa and afro-brazilian/samba songs, and by the last set almost all of our guests were up dancing. This band is incredible and I give them the highest recommendation!

We hired Jose Conde y la Ola Fresca for an Afro-Cuban Jazz themed fundraiser party. They were AMAZING!!! The band had great energy and were good about getting the crowd enthusiastic and dancing. They are more than simply a salsa band; they are extremely knowledgeable about different music styles and were receptive to what we wanted. They far exceeded our expectations of both background music for dinner and for lively dancing. I would say Jose Conde y la Ola Fresca is very versatile and accommodating group. I would hire them again in the future and recommend them to all of my friends. Jose Conde is an extremely talented musician who is great to do business with.

Jose and his band were extremely professional and talented. He brought a trio for my wedding and truly set the tone for the whole event. They were intuitive and appropriate about music and timing and truly took my small intimate event to another level. Their singing was incredible and their musicianship was impressive. Their sound on the gigmaters samples captured and reflected their live sound accurately. All of the guests keep talking about how talented the band was. Jose was laid back and acommodating, showed up early as promised and really helped make this a very special event. I cannot thank him and his trio enough for really making the day what it was.

Jose created an atmosphere that made evreyone have fun and dance like lunatics all night long. By the end of the evening evreyone wanted to buy his CD and the bride forced him to sign her cleavage. He is that amazing captivating- a true Talent- you are lucky when you get jose from New york city -to play at your event!!!!!!!

The music was lively and created a great atmosphere for our fundraiser, many people got up and danced to the lovely Latin beats of Jose Conde.

The ratings here are a bit perplexing for what was a massive and immaculate production and an amazing sound! I brought the 18 piece Mambo big band orchestra, exactly as the client desired, paid and contracted for. Yes 18 musicians! The band was led by award winning bassist and conductor Pedro Giraudo and featured some of the best players in New York who came to Baltimore ready to play. We played 3 sets of authentic Mambo era charts from Tito Puente, Machito, Perez Prado, and Jose Conde. The sound was brilliant and so special, something rarely heard. I got some very flattering comments and had some very happy people dancing. This really deserved 5 stars. The client
