Jon arrived on time along with fiddle player Adam Agee. (http://adamageejonsousa.com/) The pair performed brilliantly with the musicality and craftsmanship usually associated with national touring artists not local groups. My guests were simply blown away and enjoyed every song. They were a huge part of the event's success. The event was a live action role playing game in a fantasy setting and they made sure to stay "in character" and even dressed accordingly. As for their original material... fantastic! Sometimes mellow, at times joyous but always very well executed. Perfectly fitting for a mellow and happy occasion. Oh, and both were first class guys too!

Jon provided live acoustic guitar during our wedding ceremony. Everything about working with Jon was awesome. He was professional, responsive, and most importantly played every song to perfection. His song list provides a good mixture of traditional songs as well as some great classic rock options (Beatles, Hendrix, etc). He executed everything perfectly and I can’t imagine our ceremony without him. Thanks again Jon.

Jon performed at our wedding, playing background music before and after the ceremony, and performing the main music for the ceremony. I have nothing but compliments for Jon, he even learned a new song for us to especially play at the wedding.

Jon and the other musicians were amazing. We put them in charge of picking the right music for our wedding and they played the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and afterwards. The music they chose was perfect for each segment of the party and everyone really enjoyed them. We had so many comments about the quality of the music, not to mention how nice they all were. Even the director of our reception site said that they were amazing and that they were very respectful of all the staff they encountered. We highly recommend Jon and the musicians that he gathered together for our event.

Jon and Adam played at our wedding on 9/10/11. First of all, these two young men were simply brilliant at their instruments and totally made our ceremony have the calm Irish feel we were looking for! Jon and Adam complimented each other very well on every level of their play and we let them plan all the music which was beautiful! At the reception they had the audience clapping and dancing for a good couple of hours and we received the highest of marks and regards for having them play at our wedding and reception. The Gigmaster rating scale simply doesn’t speak adequately to the level of service, professionalism and talent Jon Sousa and Adam Agee delivered during our daughter’s wedding on January 25th. So when you see all “5’s”, please understand that on a rating scale of 1-5, these gentlemen are solid “10’s” in our book! We could not have asked for better music—or more gracious musicians—to set the tone for the evening.

It was a pleasure hiring Jon Sousa for our Grand Opening event, we wish we had hired him for a longer period of time! His music selections, professionalism and overall presentation was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations.

Jon and Adam played for our St. Pat's dinner/dance at our church. They were prompt, professional, and polite. They brought Emily, an outstanding vocalist to sit in and she was stellar.

My husband, Dan, and I, are still in recovery mode from the fun(but still draining)week of of our wedding. We will write a letter to Jon and Spencer, because we are limited on the characters we are allowed to use in this description box. Jon and Spencer's performance left me speechless.Our guests loved and adored the music they played. They were on time, professional, and were incredibly talented. There were so many wonderful aspects of my wedding. However, I can tell you that Jon and Spencer's music was one of my favorite parts. We LOVE these guys, there is nothing we can say that would do them justice!
