Carole was fabulous!! We booked her for our elegant yet intimate wedding and she was perfect. She played at the ceremony and reception. We discussed prior to the event the type of music we wanted as well as our preferred songs and she was on it! She was very professional and extremely kind hearted. We highly recommend Carole and hope to use her again in the future!

My husband and I booked Carole to play at our daughter's baby shower. He had surprised me with a classical guitarist at her baby shower 31 years ago. There are not words to describe how beautiful and glorious Carole's music sounds. She is the quintessential professional. She was a pleasure to work with. Not only is she a talented musician, she is friendly and warm and it was a pleasure to have her in our home. My guests thoroughly enjoyed her music. Our daughter was overwhelmed with joy and emotion. Carole was great! Before the event, she was very friendly on the phone, reassuring me multiple times that she would make sure her part of our wedding day went smoothly. She was very professional and clear in her terms, there were never any surprises. A week or so prior, I had to figure out some microphone issues with my officiant and Carole went the extra mile and offered to coordinate with my officiant and let her use the microphone that Carole brought along with her... so not only was she easy to work with and played beautiful music throughout the ceremony and cocktail hour, she helped solve some logistical problems too! Beautiful music, wonderful talent!

Carole is simply the consummate performer. She was professional, talented, accommodating, friendly, on time, and completely prepared. She was so good, in fact, that she seemed more like one of our guests, who just happened to be sitting there playing beautiful guitar music. Everyone enjoyed her, and it was just a pleasure to work with her and have her at our wedding. Trust me, you will not regret hiring this wonderful guitarist for your event.

Carole's performace added an elegant yet comfortable and fun ambience to our outdoor wedding. She was very professional and friendly. She worked with us to ensure the music fit the occasion (various genres by request) and even added 2 new songs to her repertoire to make our day complete. We had many guests approach us after the wedding and share that they were very impressed by her music. My only regret it that I didn't request her music for the entire evening. I would certainly recommend her for any occasion and hope to work with her again for future events.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Carole! To start, she was very responsive and quick to return messages with any questions I had. She was quite informative as we have never used GigMasters before so she was very helpful with that as well. When it came time for our event, she showed up early and got set up in a very subtle, professional manner. Everyone loved her music, she had a great variety, perfect volume and it really enhanced our overall holiday party! Thank you so much, Carole! Exactly what I envisioned! Carole arrived, very organized, early, quietly set up her equipment and then started playing very nice music appropriate for the function. Right sound and the right amount of volume for the occasion. This was for a corporate outdoor patio function. Some of the people wandering around stopped a had a few dances - which wasn't expected. Foxfire at Alpine is approx 5 hours east of Phoenix in the White Mountains. When Carole's Jeep broke down in Show Low, still 90 minutes away, she had to seek service, rent a car, transfer her gear, and complete her trip. Even still she arrived over an hour early with a great attitude. She quickly and correctly assessed the room and the crowd and got set up. On schedule she provided a great evening of entertain for my customers. Throughout the night I received several positive comments about Carole's talent and repertoire. I plan on having her back.
