Scott was not only very professional, but was also very accommodating. The guests loved his playing and the Gaelic wedding toast he taught them.

This is the second year in a row that I have hired Scott for our annual scotch party. He is extremely professional, communicative, fun and easy to work with.
I plan on hiring him for years to come!

Next time it would be helpful if I could come in the kitchen door to woarm and tune the pipes maybe in the basement--when there are big temperature changes, the pipes don't hold their tuning--I don't know if anyone else cares but I do and if there are musicians in the place, they maybe notice too. Scott showed up in full regalia and put on a wonderful show! I invited him to perform for our St. Paddy's Day party on March 14, 2020, and he accepted. (He likes our family!) Several audience members would like to hire him for different events. We recommend Scott highly!

We were so pleased to find Scott for our Father's Celebration of Life! He responded right away when the request went out for the event, and he was able to accommodate all the songs we requested. He even wore his full regalia for the event (which my Father would have loved!) Friend's were in tears when Scott played Amazing Grace. Scott was easy to communicate with from start to finish, and he helped make the event incredibly special.

Scott is truly an artist. Looks the part, “plays” the part, is the part. It was one of our favorite touches to our wedding, and we got lots of compliments. Scott was extremely easy to work with. Upon requesting the booking he gave me a call to confirm he was able to provide everything I was envisioning for the event. Absolutely fantastic. Never met Scott until 15 mins before the wedding as I travelled from the U.K. And booked Scott for a surprise at my sons wedding in Minnesota. Everything was done via email.Scott turned up and played exactly what we wanted before and after the ceremony and was such a professional he even stayed behind when he had finished to check we were happy with everything. Thank you so much Scott you brought a wee bit of home to a wonderful day.I would highly recommend Scott for any event you have planned he takes such pride in his work and offers advice and assistance at every stage of your booking.thankyou for making the day so special Scott. Scott was the highlight of the evening! The pipes echoed through the valley beautifully for our ceremony and his toast was perfect. Our event was a bit unorganized, but Scott took it in stride and chatted with our party like a part of the family. I am so thankful that he was able to incorporate a piece of my heritage into our wedding so beautifully. Our wedding wouldn't have been as special without him! Scott, thank you for your patience, amazing talent, outgoing personality, and for bringing a piece of Ireland to Spring Valley!

Scott performed at our senior living center for our St. Patrick's Day party. Scott was very entertaining! He played the bagpipes very well. He entertained us with stories, singing, and answered many questions that we had about the Irish/Scottish culture. Recommended!

Scott was a very pleasant man to work with. However, having dealt with numerous Pipers throughout the world he lacked the professionalism/dress that I am accustomed to.

Hello Sheila--I don't understand about dress--I wore the dress kilt, white hose
and garter flashes, black sporran,white tuxedo shirt and black Argyll dinner jacket that constitute full dress for a piper. I didn't wear a bowtie because they are too constricting--can't see how big a deal that must be? I did possibly err in wearing brown shoes instead of black wingtips but the former are waterproof and provide more solid footing than the slippery wingtips---thought I might be on the ice for the curling demonstration! I would think my professionalism would be gauged by my playing the requested tunes properly, and yours by knowing there is no "curling song". Sorry.

Scott was well-received by event attendees. He showed up on time, performed agreed-upon songs, was informative as to the history of songs performed, and provided some interesting information on bagpipes themselves. Scott played for us at our recent blessing and he was fabulous. Due to a mix up with the celebrant we were about an hour late and he was not only incredibly charming about it all, but, kept us entertained with music while we waited. He also helped keep the emotions at bay by taking the whole thing in his stride. Not only charming and relaxed, but, his music was lovely too. He played my specific requests just as I'd asked and it was just lovely. I would also say that everyone should experience his wonderful Gaelic toast as it is just charming and beautifully done. I cannot recommend Scott enough - it was wonderful to have him as part of our day.

Unfortunately, we are very dissatisfied with Scott's performance at our wedding. Scott showed up 2 minutes before he was to perform at our wedding ceremony. He didn't follow directions with what and how to perform at the ceremony. He then asked The BRIDE to be paid after his performance when he was paid in full a year prior to the event - very unprofessional.

Caroline, Sorry to have so disappointed you. I thought I followed all the requests exactly, except for marching people across the park--your arranger agreed no one would want to do that in the rain! So I went to the reception and played everyone in. As far as asking for payment, I'm very unprofessional --as a bookkeeper. I also showed up fifteen minutes before I was to perform and had to hunt up help to get me to the right spot after waiting around in the basement as instructed. I played well and thought I played the tunes you asked for.

Scott was terrific! His playing was wonderful, and his brief explanations about the music enhanced his overall performance. His presence was the icing on the cake of our special event. I would recommend him and would hire him again for any bagpiper need!
