Servers *We would establish your game plan for the event! *Pre-party set up *Heat and pass appetizers if requested ( 2 servers needed ) *Set up buffet, refill and brake down of stations *Set up if Sit-down Dinner *Serve drinks, pour wine and soda *Serve food from the buffet *Wash the dishes *Clear the tables and guests plates *Clean the counters and keep the kitchen neat *Wrap up leftovers *Set up dessert and coffee (including cake cutting & serving) *Take out the garbage Grillers Our Grillers will set up and prep the grill area. Grill meat and vegetables based on the number of guests or at the guests' request. The griller will clean the grill after use. Bartenders Our bartenders will set up your bar and refill ice as needed. Make mixed drinks, pour wine, beer and soda. We safeguard our clients and staff by providing Workers' Compensation, General Liability Insurance & Host Liquor Liability.
