Reanna Myers Franklin (Violinist) has been performing since an early age. She began her studies at the age of 9 in her school strings program. In her early teens, she began competing in various solo competitions and music festivals across the United States. Reanna has performed locally and abroad.
Reanna received her Bachelors degree in Vocal and Instrumental Music, from Maryville College in Maryville, TN.
She is a Suzuki licensed violin and voice teacher, receiving her training at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and at Otterbein University in Columbus, OH, with Suzuki teacher, Linda Stieg.
She regularly performs in Saint Augustine, FL, Asheville, NC, and Gatlinburg, TN. She is the owner and director of Smoky Mountain Strings where she maintains a private music studio of over fifty students. She also enjoys song-writing and collaborating with artists in the studio.
Reanna's exquisite violin performances capture audiences at venues including, The Lightner Museum and Biltmore Estate. She enjoys being a part of the arts/music community in the Knoxville, TN area and surrounding areas.
