Megan Sullivan - Violin Violinist from Cleveland, OH

I am a classically trained violinist with a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from Baldwin Wallace University. I specialize in wedding ceremonies, having played over 100 of them! Although trained classically, I can also play pop, country, jazz, bluegrass, and any transcriptions/arrangements of any song or piece. The song list below is a list of contemporary songs I have played for previous weddings and events. However, I am able to play any song request you may have! If you desire a duet, trio, quartet, etc., I can also find and perform with any number of other musicians in the area. Throughout my playing career I have received many high honors for my playing. In high school I was accepted into (and performed at) prestigious summer festivals such as the Boston University Tanglewood Institute, Brevard Music Center and Interlochen Arts Camp. I was also a member of the Cincinnati Symphony Youth Orchestra (assistant concertmaster), regional orchestras and all-state orchestras (principal 2nd violin.) While at The Baldwin Wallace Conservatory, I worked one-on-one with esteemed Cleveland Orchestra members, played in the prestigious Bach Festival all four years I attended, and sat as the concertmaster my senior year. Since graduating, I have attended the AIMS international music program in Graz, Austria, played with multiple orchestras, and have grown my freelance career as a wedding and special event violinist.
