Event repertoire includes traditional Classical pieces, cinematic themes, love songs, pop songs, irish, fiddle, folk traditionals, Gospel, hymns, and waltzes and can be played acoustic or warmly and tastefully amplified. Lindy Bennett, Athena Strings' founder makes the music planning process for your event efficient and meaningful. Bennett has played professionally and coordinated weddings and events for over 15 years in and holds a BM from DePauw University, IN and a MM from Belmont University, Nashville TN. She has appeared in the string orchestra for CMA award artists such as Darius Rucker, Kelly Clarkson, Sugarland, Taylor Swift, and LeAnn Rimes. As a former touring violinist and string educator in Barrage, she is currently trained and certified in the Suzuki Method and mother of 2 musical girls.
