We are photojournalists, and have covered events from presidential candidates to gala fundraisers, using both still pictures and video. For weddings, we can cover rehearsal dinner, the bride and groom as they get ready, the ceremony and the reception. For all events, you'll have pictures or videos so you can relive the fun and excitement of your event, and share it with those who couldn't make it in person. For pictures, within a week after the wedding, (and often 48 - 72 hours,) you'll get a link to your web gallery so you can see all the pictures you'll have to choose from. Sometimes we're asked how many pictures we take. The truth is we don't count while we shoot. We take pictures as they happen, and put them up for your review.   If it's a short event, we may take 100 pictures, but usually it's many more. At some sporting events, it may require 500, 800 or more. (The longer the event, the more we take.) Sometimes we take two pictures at the same time (to prevent "oops, they blinked," or capture a range of emotions,) and several pictures will be almost exactly the same. You can't predict how many photos you'll need, and neither can we. You can control your costs by choosing how many photos you want to print. Maybe print some now, and some later. We can also help you make a book for more permanent memories. We maintain an archive from past events so you can always get prints. Our wedding coverage is $499 for the rehearsal, getting ready, service and reception. (That's a Gigmasters special!) You'll get a CD/ DVD you can use for prints, and a download code for the web quality pictures as soon as they're posted. Please keep in mind, we are true photojournalists, and have covered events that range from Hillary Clinton's visit to Dayton to concerts to the Wright State University ArtsGala so we don't have all the 'traditional' poses memorized. However, we photograph family groups and wedding party groups all the time, so that's not a problem.   We have an archive of 50,000+ published photos. Some have been published in the Dayton Daily News (and their online web galleries) as well as magazines and newspapers around the world. We are also available to be your 'second shooter' if you have already selected a primary wedding photographer. We stay out of their way, and create our own photos. Having us a 'second shooter' gives your primary photographer the chance to get better photos also, since it gives both of us a chance to let what appears to be a great photo develop without as much worry. Since we often work in environments with several photographers this is not a problem for us.   Our creative fee to be a second shooter is $199, and you'll get a CD/DVD you can use for prints, along with a download code for the web quality pictures as soon as they're posted. We can also provide copies of our photos to your primary photographer to be added to theirs. So you want video? We can do that! Coverage with one operator using two video cameras is $499, two operators and three cameras is $999, and includes basic editing. (Yes, those are Gigmasters special prices, too!) If we're photographing the wedding, we can also shoot limited video for an additional $200.00, plus video editing.  (Note, that's not recommended unless it's your only way to get both, as neither can be done quite as well when doing both.) Video editing costs $25.00 per hour, and ranges from 5 - 25 hours for a basic wedding video from footage shot by a single photographer (or video and stills that we've taken.)
