Our musical repertoire goes far and beyond any band in Arizona. The band is “Akathisisus” which means we keep you moving. We are your ultimate party dance band with over twenty years of musical performances, specializing in exciting entertainment and exhilarating party dance music. We are a versatile eight-piece professional recording and cover band, if it hits the charts we can play it. We sing, we perform choreographed dance and perform big band and swing to easy listening to background music formats, with R&B, Soul, Country, Motown, Classic Rock, Rock, in our repertoire. Our lead vocalists and dancers not only entertain, they engage the audience to guarantee an event to remember. Our music is top quality. We work with our clientele to plan the music for their events, which is always changing. Our set list is always changing to fit the client and occasion. We do not play rap or heavy metal. We have performed on the east and west coasts for plays, churches, casinos, professional concerts, private birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, the Maricopa County and Arizona State Fairs and opened for recording artists, (Chris Botti at the MAC here in Arizona and the Intruders at the Birchmere in Virginia on the east coast) just to name two. We have fun, but are very serious when it comes to our music.
