Marti B is classified as a Southern Rock / Blues singer, Keyboard player, and songwriter. She has toured with various bands. Played in many clubs and has been involved in the Spartanburg/Greenville, SC music scene through the years. She has been a member of various bands such as The San Francisco Soul Show, Deep South, Foxfire, Railroad Annie, White Buffalo , The Silver Fox Band, Bullet Proof and Aces High. Marti is a classically trained pianist and has recorded with members of the Atlanta Symphony in her earlier years. She later decided to persue a career in Rock music. She has played keyboards for bands opening for Billy Joe Royal, The Monkeys, Clifford Curry, The Showmen, Molly Hatchett, The Southern Rock Allstars, Percy Sledge, Helen Cornelius, Lee Greenwood, Waylon Jenning and the Hee Haw Star, Ronnie Stoneman. She has shared the stage with her Southern Rock heros such as Jakson Spires of Blackfoot, Ace Allen of Marshall Tucker, and Jay Johnson of The Rossington Collins Band. Her main focus is now "Parris Bluez". As lead singer, she uses her classical style of playing to project a soulful, bluesy style of her own. The players "click" together musically. She feels blessed to be part of this AWESOME band.
Todd King, guitar and vocals, has also been down the block with many well know artist. He was in the band Birthright who opened for Motley Crue, Precious Death and last but not least Bride. Before his Heavy Metal career Todd played with a great southern Rock/ country band Nation Wide who later became 2Bad.
Jason Taylor, guitar, bass, drums and vocals.. This guy does it all! Through out his years Jason has performed and worked with numerous artist including Artimus Pyle of Lynard Skynyrd, recording artis RJ Galloway and Nashvilles own blues virtuoso - Rickey Godrey. Jason and Todd have shared a brotherhood of and musical bond for nearly 20 years, playing together in various projects across different genres, and nationally with KICK the INXS experience.
Gabriel King, little drummer boy. Born and raised in a band of misfits ( just sounded good), Grabriel has had the opportunity to share the stage with many seasoned musicians including The legendary Rickey Godfrey. He has also appeared with the great country artist Randy Joe Galloway at The Commodore Grill in Nashville Tennesee. Just barely out of his teens Gabriel has done what many artist dream of doing and it's just the beginning for this talented young drummer.
Last and littlest is Jill King on bass and vocals. Her alternative singing style adds great depth to the Parris Bluez line up. A girl bass payer? enough said!!
