Their great ability to work the crowd, genuine nature and punctuality were all so appreciated. As the coordinator of an annual, weekend event, I've had the task of finding a band each year, for 10 years. There have been some shining stars and a few duds! When MissUsed arrived to the event location, they played a few songs to warm up. When they realized the crowd started to move and get hyped up to their songs, they immediately knew how to structure their set list. Once they began full throttle, they never missed a beat and kept the crowd energized for the remainder of the night. From the beginning, Roxy was professional and a pleasure to work with. She kept in touch through calls and texts. She was also instrumental in promoting the event and was excited to play for our guests. The rest of the band was no different. MissUsed told us they would there at 5:00pm to set up for the event. They were on site at 4:45pm to begin their setup and sound check. Following their setup, they left to prepare for the event that was to begin at 10pm. I knew there was no need for concern. The band returned promptly at 9:45pm and began as scheduled. I've had the pleasure of seeing MissUsed perform a handful of times during the last few years. The venues were places where they knew the crowd and played to their liking. My event posed a small challenge for them but they gracefully pulled it off! They came here as entertainment and left here as friends.
