2GuysinaBand is composed of two outstanding musicians, Kenny Johnston and Leroy Hammond. Combined, the two have over 60 years of performance experience. Kenny, who had Denver, Colorado's KHIH Smooth Jazz Band of the Year, has been playing music for over 40 years. Kenny is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter and producer. Leroy Hammond is also a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter and producer, and has been privileged to play with or hang out with such stellar musicians as Prince, The Count Basie Band, Kim Wilson (Fabulous Thunderbirds), Buck Owens and Roy Clark, Frank Sinatra, and many others. Leroy's appeal to the audience is magnetic based on his musical abilities. Ken and Leroy play variety music which they perform acoustically and with backing tracks, programmed and arranged by them.
