Bonfire: A Tribute to AC/DC combines the on-stage visuals, with the high energy, raw power, sound, and electricity of what a real AC/DC show is all about. They have thrilled audiences at large festivals and major events from Vermont to Pennsylvania and Ohio, with many fans following the band from state to state to relive the experience again and again. The band members each have over 20+ years of experience and is comprised of five professional musicians who are dedicated to not just the visual show complete with a uniformed ‘duck walking’ school boy as Angus Young as well as a jaunty capped lead singer mimicking Brian Johnson’s buzz saw vocals. They are all dedicated to accurately reproducing that unmistakable hard rocking sound of AC/DC with proper guitars and custom amplifiers crafted for true tonal accuracy as the real band. Fans frequently comment that they can close their eyes and feel like they are at a real AC/DC live concert. Bonfire’s singer [Steve Seniuk] effortlessly reproduces the voice for both eras of AC/DC in Bon Scott and Brian Johnson covering each singer’s styles with amazing skill. On lead guitar, is [Donnie B.] as “Angus” and he plays note for note solos, and the rest of the band is “engine room”; [Kenny Romer] on rhythm guitar, [Mike Dell Olio] bass guitar and [Tom Reeder] on drums as they pump out the driving beat everyone instantly recognizes. A full Bonfire show consists of a mix of early Bon Scott mega hits such as; “Highway To Hell,” “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap,” “T.N.T.,” “Whole Lotta Rosie,” “Sin City,” and “Let There Be Rock”, and of Brian Johnson's arena rock anthems like; “Back In Black,” “Hells Bells,” “Thunderstruck,” “Shoot To Thrill,” “Who Made Who,” “Money Talks,” “You Shook Me All Night Long,” and “For Those About to Rock,” along with additional surprises for the hard core fans such as pulling a few deep gems off the “Powerage” album or other classic and cheeky songs from the band’s vast song catalog like “The Jack." A show highlight and a nod to their authenticity is Bonfire’s bagpiper [Kevin Dano] in full Scottish garb & kilt to perform with the band on one AC/DC’s biggest hit songs; "It’s Long Way to the Top, If You Wanna Rock n Roll” which sends the show into overdrive.
