We specialize in Napa Valley Wine Tours and Airport Transfer service, although we also do weddings, private charters, and just about anything else that might require using a car service. For most events you will have your choice of our Lincoln Towncar or our Cadillac DTS, both of which can accommodate 2 to 3 passengers. You can also choose our Lincoln Navigator SUV which can accommodate up to 6 passengers. We also do wine tours in Sonoma, Healdsburg, Dry Creek, Russian River and most other areas in Northern California. We pride ourselves in making sure your wine tasting event is fun and enjoyable. We have extensive knowledge of the wine producing regions of Northern California and can direct you to some small boutique wineries that are often overlooked. You may plan the itinerary yourself or we can help with the planning. We also provide airport transportation to and from Oakland, San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento, and Santa Rosa airports. I started Dugway Limousine in 2001 after working as a chauffeur for several other limo companies. I heard customer's comments and complaints and came to the conclusion that there is a better way to do business. As a result I look at the limo business from the customer's point of view. I treat my customers the same way I want to be treated when I am purchasing goods or services...with honesty and respect! This is most evident in pricing. When a customer asks for a rate, what he is actually asking is "How much will it cost?" My main complaint when working as a chauffeur was that the bill was often much higher than the quoted "rate". This was because of the added fees, surcharges, "taxes", and other assorted nonsense costs. When quoting a rate we include everything except gratuity. After all, when the gratuity is added automatically it's just a FEE. And we're not too fond of fees! There are some circumstances where gratuity is included (weddings, proms etc.) but this is the exception to the rule and is always disclosed ahead of time. I have found that when the service is as expected, gratuity is never an issue. There are rarely any other costs. I also was a full time musician for over 25 years so I understand that in many cases (wine tours especially) the whole experience should be fun and entertaining. While I rarely sing to my customers, I do all I can to make sure my guests are happy and entertained! By the way....There's nobody in the company named "Dugway". How I got the name is rather silly.
