A successful wedding reception or ceremony requires an enormous amount of expert planning and advice for announcements, coordinating time-honored traditions with music, and the coordination of all vendors' efforts on the timeline (entertainment, caterer, venue manager, and photographer). We provide the professional experience that will help you coordinate the music and announcements along your reception timeline. Event and party planning and implementation is a big job; we make it much easier. In addition to working closely with the bride and groom in the weeks leading up to the reception, we will also contact and coordinate with all other vendors hired for the event to create a perfectly scripted streamlined reception including time-honored traditions such as The Grand Entrance Introduction, Newlyweds' First Dance, Bride-Father Dance, Groom-Mother Dance, Toasts, Good Luck Dance, Bouquet Toss, Garter Removal and Toss, and any traditions you wish to include.
