Funkle Jesse Top 40 Band from Grand Rapids, MI

Funkle Jesse is a 5 piece pop/rock party band based out of Grand Rapids, MI. They bring a high level of energy and musical ability to their performances of Top 40 hits and classic pop/rock songs that get any crowd excited. At the forefront of the group is the vocal talent and on-stage charisma of Lauren Thomas, who is backed by Marc Kelley (Guitar), Mark Andrasko (Bass), Brad Harris (Drums), and Keith Andrasko (Keys). A typical show will see the band fill the floor with people slow dancing to a soulful performance of Etta James' "At Last" and just as easily transition into a high energy rendition of Bruno Mars' "Locked Out Of Heaven" or AC/DC's "You Shook Me All Night Long". The group initially got together as a side project to fill in dates at local bars, but the popularity of the performances quickly took off and the band found themselves booked for weddings, corporate events, and private mansion parties. During a two year span, the band has and continues to reach greater levels of respect for their performances and adulation from a devoted fan base. In between playing the dates on their packed live schedule, the group is currently writing and recording original material for a future full length album. Whatever the gig calls for, Funkle Jesse is ready and willing to take it on.
