Liya Ensemble was incredible and we could not have been happier with their performance during our wedding ceremony. They played as a quartet during the outdoor ceremony with about 200 guests. Their music was lovely and it could be heard throughout the ceremony and cocktail hour without the need for speakers. They are incredibly talented and also very accommodating. They played all of the songs we wanted, many of which were not on their set list. They were friendly and easy to work with and made our day easy and incredibly special. I highly recommend.

Liya Ensemble was the perfect touch we wanted for the wedding. They were polite, polished, professional, and fantastic musicians. I loved being able to find musicians that were able to just adapt to the ceremony without having to tell them exactly what to do. Best quartet I’ve found in a long time. Yevgeniy and the rest of the quartet we’re incredible. They worked with us on putting together a playlist of a variety of genres including some they did not previously have music for. All were performed flawlessly and perfectly time to the ceremony. We would highly recommend Liya Ensemble.

The Liya ensemble was incredible! They were a perfect part of our wedding day. Yevgeniy & co. were amazing to work with. We gave them a list of songs we wanted to have played for the wedding ceremony and the cocktail hour, mix of classical and modern contemporary, and they accommodated playing the entire list with no modifications or changes needed, and of course they played it perfectly! We received a ton of compliments for how beautiful their performance was and having them their really just helped to elevate the overall mood. I would definitely recommend the Liya ensemble to anyone who is looking for a way to make their wedding even more magical!

We hired a string duo from Liya Ensemble for our wedding ceremony, and they were absolutely amazing. Their talent and professionalism really blew me away. We had several conversations via e-mail prior to my wedding day to discuss my contemporary music selections, and I have to say that they went above and beyond what I had expected in terms of their performance. Liya Ensemble provided the music at my wedding ceremony, and were great! They offered a competitive rate, and had the best audio clips of any of the string groups we contacted. It was very easy and straightforward to book them through GigMasters, and I only had to exchange a few e-mails with Eugene to confirm all the details for what we wanted day-of. Sadly, we had to move our ceremony indoors at the last minute, due to Hurricane Matthew, but Liya Ensemble rolled with the changes and did a beautiful job in our alternate space. They played all of the songs we requested, and helped make the ceremony feel intimate and romantic - exactly what we wanted! Highly recommend!

We so enjoyed the beautiful music provided by the Liya Ensemble. My husband and I were familiar with some of the players from their participation in the Piedmont Symphony Orchestra and so were thrilled that we were able to employ them to enhance the wedding we participated in last Saturday. They could not have been nicer and their talent is above reproach. We would recommend them to anyone looking to add class to any event.

We had contracted with Liya Ensemble to play for our son's wedding on Aug. 27. Hurricane Irene had other plans for us and we had to move the festivities up a day. Not only did the ensemble make themselves available to us the night before; they made the trip knowing that the storm could arrive at any time. On top of that, they played beautifully and brought a wonderful calm to what otherwise was a very stressful evening. They were my favorite part of the wedding ceremony and I will always be grateful.

They were fabulous! My brother said they brought a tear to his eye. I am quite sure everyone enjoyed them and even the lead singer of the band that we booked through gigmaster commented on how good they were. If we ever have another opportunity to book them again in that area we certain would do that. Again, they were fabulous.

We hired a Trio from Liya Ensemble. They arrived early to set up, and were accommodating with the slight on and off drizzle before and during the ceremony. I would highly recommend them if you are seeking live music for your event.

The Liya Ensemble played in the church for our daughter's wedding on Sunday, August 12. The music was absolutely lovely! Before deciding the specific pieces to be played, I listened to many different versions of each piece by several groups. The Ensemble made excellent suggestions and the music selected was exactly what we had hoped for.. and more. Many of our guests commented on the beautiful music.
