Storytelling is a performance art where the performer narrates the story orally from memory with no written book or script using personality and and energy to enliven the tale. I have 24 years experience entertaining children and adults. I tell traditional folk tales and original stories. I have stories for birthdays, holidays and seasonal tales. I am a trained actor and mime using movement, character voices, dialects and audience participation in my telling. I have performed at festivals, fairs, bookstores, libraries and private parties. I also do princess parties in full costume, telling princess stories, teaching princess skills, playing princess games and providing face painting or glitter tattoos. I able to provide face painting and/or glitter tattoos for festivals, fairs, parties and holiday events. Glitter tattoos can be put on the hands, arms or legs. A design is painted on using body glue. Glitter is applied over the glue. When the excess glitter is brushed away, the glittering design is revealed. They are safe and non-toxic and will last for up to one week. They can be removed at any time with lotion, baby oil or rubbing alcohol.
