The steel drum provides an amazing back drop and ambiance to any event. I have Berklee College of Music education and over 20 years of performing professionally. Furthermore, I perform a repertoire of over 350 tunes and am able to play various genres of music. I take requests and can also learn any selections that you would like to make your event extra special. Available to provide a great musical soundscape for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, etc.. Includes an extensive repertoire of Top 40, Soul, R&B, Oldies, Caribbean and Jazz. Sherwin was perfect for our wedding cocktail hour. He played steel drum melodies over backing tracks which made things a bit more upbeat/familiar and gave the cocktail hour a lounge type feel (rather than a beach party). We were looking for something casual but classy, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Our guests were very into his music and he really set a great tone for the rest of the night. Sherwin was professional, responsive, and very accommodating. Everything was super smooth! I would highly recommend him for any event and hope to book him again in the future!
