After over twenty-five years as a television producer and talk show host, Mike Easterling is an actor-director now speaking and performing comedy and hosting local business events. He has developed his comedy, performing at night clubs, comedy clubs, birthday parties, churches and corporate affairs in the Mid-Atlantic region. He now lives just north of Cincinnati.
With over 100 onstage performances on the East Coast he has grown his comedic act immensely. A total performer, his television and motion picture credits include NBC's Homicide, Fox's America's Most Wanted and the award-winning series The Wire. Mike also had a role in the HBO movie Something the Lord Made.His brand of Boomer Humor is perfect for audiences 18-81 including college audiences, cruise ships and military gatherings.  He gets laughs as he talks about life regarding: Body Hair, Seeing Genies, the Neighborhood Grocery Store, Diet and Exercise, Jesse and Barack, Dog Owners,  his "cougar wife,"and much more. He has opened for Reggie Bullard of the Martin Lawrence Show and Sonny Fuller and Rain Pryor, daughter of the comedy legend.
Mike is currently the cohost of his talk show podcast Just Being Brothers. Which he does with his real life brother. The podcast talk about all subjects from their unique and”brotherly” point of view.

On the serious side, Mike worked as a corporate trainer/speaker for a national training and seminar company.  His specialty includes Business Grammar and Effective Communication skills. All done with humor and in an interactive fashion. Over 400 times has trained and spoken on Humor in the Work Place, Business Writing Skills and Amazing Grammar Skills, an The Art of Dealing with People. He has added “ blame- free” sessions about race and equity leadership in the workplace.

Mike Easterling is funny, reliable, economical, tasteful, charming and helped  achieve the near-impossible. My father-in-law was throwing himself a B-Day party in a town 2 hrs from any large city. Despite a limited budget, I needed an act willing to travel some distance to an audience of 40 relatives and elderly friends with a stream of clean, sure-fire jokes and riffs without getting personal. I picked Mike strictly from info on the Gigmasters website. He returned all calls, took instructions, showed up on time, looked great, was perfect for the crowd and kept 'em laughing with a mix of Cosby, Youngman and original material. In two words: Funny; Reliable.          

Great performer, kept the crowd going all evening with intense clean jokes. Will be glad to have you again again and again. Thanks for all the laughter.....
