Hot Damn has its roots in Southern Rock, but you can hear Bluegrass, Americana, and Alternative influences without having to listen very hard. With great original songs as well as a few choice cover tunes ranging from 70's era Rolling Stones songs to modern crowd favorites fromThe Lumineers, Hot Damn is guaranteed to get a crowd fired up and dancing. What began in 2012 in coffee shops as an acoustic duo with Hope Treider (vocals) and songwrite rJack Corey(acoustic guitar) evolved into the 5 piece powerhouse is now filling 350 seat venues, playing festivals, and entertaining large private parties. The soulful voice and powerful stage presence exhibited by Lead Vocalist Hope Treider is complimented by the outstanding musicianship of Joe Rogers-Jones (drums), Mason Tanner (bass), and the face-melting ability of Jonathan Wimpee (electric); these well-crafted songs, scorching guitar riffs, and windblown vocal harmonies mesh to form a sonic American quilt any audience is glad to wrap themselves in.
