Zahra Universe is an exceptionally talented musician and vocalist. Her performance added an up scale touch to our banquet event. Selected special requests, provided ahead of time, were accomidated very well. At all times Zahra was professional - from our first contact at booking, play list discussions, timely arrival, unintrustive set up, pre-event reivew of our needs, most enjoyable performance, post event tear down and performance follow up. I'd known for a long time that I wanted piano playing at my wedding. The trouble for me was that I also knew that I'd have a traditional Indian/Pakistani/Bengali wedding where you don't normally find piano music. Luckily we found Zahra, who was able to take a number of Bollywood songs I requested and perform piano cover versions of them! I got compliments from my guests during and after the wedding!! Zahra was really sweet and professional throughout our entire arrangement. She was even nice enough to wear traditional Indian attire during the performance. I would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly talented pianist.

From the first phone call, Zahra was a pleasure to work with. She worked with the bride and the soloist to make sure everyone was happy. She came early and prepared for the rehearsal (she brought her keyboard in case the piano wasn't in tune -- which it wasn't.) She timed and performed every song beautifully. I will recommend her to my future clients.

Zahra provided entertainment for a Girl Scout Mother/Daughter event. She was so excited to see and meet the girls. I got compliments from many parents as to her talent and she interacted with the girls wonderfully. I'm so glad Zahra was able to attend the event as she was such an amazing and inspiring role model.

Zarah was great. She was very easy to work with and very professional. Her voice is amazing and very easy to listen to as well as her talent playing piano. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
