Dave is a vocalist who accompanies himself on the piano/keyboard. He performs music of all styles from Jazz to Pop Standards. Elton John, Billy Joel, Sinatra and Tony Bennett are just a few of the performers included in his repertoire. The song list provided is just a portion of repertoire. Dave will accommodate most song requests as long as they are provided in advance. Dave DeWeese takes pride in blending in and fitting into the occasion understanding the focus of the event. He has performed for country clubs, weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, private parties and has entertained at local restaurants. He has provided special music for church services or small gatherings and enjoys performing for retirement villages/centers. Dave DeWeese uses high quality music equipment. He uses a Yamaha Motif electric piano along with a Bose sound system . It is great for a small or mid-sized room. If needed, the sound system can be supplemented. Acoustic pianos available on location can be used if tuned and in good shape. If needed, Dave can provide just piano music or can sing with other instrumentation. He has performed throughout the Midwest and has a Masters Degree in music. He has performed with big bands locally and can add rhythm instruments if requested.
