Stella Crispo Italian Singer from Little Falls, NJ

Stella Crispo has been a sought-after singer and pianist in the New York City area for many years. Classically-trained at both Manhattan School of Music and Westminster Choir College, she then studied pop singing with Mariah Carey's mother and currently coaches with Kathy Olsen of Encompass Arts. Stella's eclectic career includes performing as a solo singer and pianist, appearing in Off-Broadway's 'Tony 'n' Tina's Wedding' and being a respected songwriter. Bilingual, she has also found a niche in the Italian-American market. She opened up for comedian and actor Pat Cooper and Italian favorite Julius LaRosa, and has performed at many Italian American festivals to great acclaim. Stella Crispo also debuted one of her original songs at the San Remo Festival in Italy. As a songwriter, she has been frequently featured in the media and, most recently, wrote the Official Anthem for a new anti-smoking campaign. In 2009, Stella appeared for the third time at Newark NJ's Performing Art Center and, in 2011, was invited to perform a pre-concert show for Liza Minelli. Stella is also pleased to add that she is the recipient of the Rising Star 2008 Award from Gigmasters for Top Italian Performer. She performs either with tracks or with her band of high-level, Broadway-caliber musicians.
