Ian was great! Not only was he very talented and enjoyable to listen to, but he also was very prepared and kind. He worked with us about what kind of songs we wanted. Employees kept saying, "Who is this?! He's great!" Overall a great experience.

We hired Ian James to perform at our Wedding rehearsal dinner. He was incredibly professional, communicative, and accommodating. When we arrived to the restaurant, he was already set up and ready-to-go as the first guests arrived. We had 42 people at the dinner, and 8 of them asked me who he was and were surprised that such a talented singer & guitar player wasn't a major star they knew. Honestly, we were so blown away not only by how talented he is, but also so down to earth, nice, and approachable. I would definitely look to use Ian for any event (and probably will again!).

Ian James provided the music for my wedding. He played music from his own repertoire, during the prelude, along with songs he learned upon request. He took the unconventional song that I wanted for my processional, and made it sound like it was made for the moment. I couldn't be happier! His voice is beautiful, his talent for guitar is amazing and the performance was unbelievable, definitely playing a major role in making the ceremony magical and memorable. So many of my guests commented on his music, with such high praise. I am so grateful to him. He even turned believers in the need for the traditional choice, of cellos and violins at weddings, into converts.

I feel very fortunate to have had Ian play at my parent's 50th wedding anniversary party. He is not only very professional, but also incredibly talented. I love his soulful sound! So many of our guests, including my parents, were praising his talent. What a great find through this website!
