Hard to write a bad review for Santa and he was very nice just not a entertaining Santa. If u want one just for pic or handing out gift he fine. I have hired other Santa’s so my expectations were pretty high. One thing he did wrong was he took off his suit and wig while kids were watch before getting in his car

Thank you for your Feedback how ever, some of what you said in the comments are not true. I did not remove any part of my suit or wig before I got into the car. If I had, I would not had any clothes on. I never take off anything after a gig until I get home. I will remove my glasses and gloves after I get into the car but no one can see me do this. I appreciate for any feedback but I don't appreciate any untruths about me. If this client would've contacted me, I would've worked with her and would have made things right for her but she didn't. I apologize for her unhappiness and wish that I could've been able to have had the opportunity to fix her problems.

Santa arrived late, stumbled and needed assistance to walk around. Barely talked and didn't even address the birthday girl in the room.

This was strickly just an Adult only Christmas Party ages ranging from early to mid-late twenties that were all seeming to be having a great time.

He didn't interact with the children. When the children went to sit on his lap he told all of them (no matter the age or size) to jump, I was concerned that he was unable to lift them himself or help them on to his lap. Ms. Clause was great, she engaged the children. Santa's costume was dirty.

By law you aren't to lift more than (25) twenty-five pounds from a sitting position. Just as any Santa probably does, I ask the kids to jump while I hold them under the arms so that I can pull them right up on my lap. This makes it easier for Santa to help the children to get into the lap. I am a retired Professional Wrestler and have no problems lifting children but I also don't want to hurt myself. This isn't anything that a person would do on their regular job. If you get hurt, you can't do your job. This can also make the client responsible for your injuries while working for them on their property. We checked the suit after this review and it wasn't dirty

Everything was great! Our residents really enjoyed Santa, taking photos with him, and the few that brought dogs with them LOVED getting those pictures as well. We can't wait to have him back next year!

ken look so much like what you think real santa would look like from the beard down to his outfit and his size. we had eight children and they all sat looking at him with wide eyes. all the adults nine of us made comments of how real he looked.

It was a great experience for the adults and the kids!! Kids were so excited! Santa looked like Santa and his little helper was terrific as well. He called andew times to let us know his status and when to expect him. Very accommodating! Would definitely use again!

I had great communication before and up to the date of service. Very professional and even asked about kid food allergies since he was bringing a treat for the kids. The kids and adults all loved taking pics with Santa and he even got our dog to sit in his lap. We were very pleased and would recommend this Santa for your event.

Ken and his team were great! One of the children at the event met another Santa later at another event and knew that Ken was "the real Santa" and the one she saw later, was just helping him out. Top notch operation!

My daughter and her friends really enjoyed Santa coming to the party!! Before the party he communicated very well with me as far as time This we where going to do!! He made my daughters day very special!! We would defenatly recommend him for your event!!:)
