General information for the adult leader: Put turn your cameras early and leave on burst or continuous as the best picture is a quick candid moment.
Santa will see your child, as you bring them to him, at the special chair near the tree or decorations.
If you have special needs, conditions, instructions; please slip a note or tell Santa before you bring the child up.
Crying and wet babies always turn into complications, so please respect your child and do not force a stranger upon them in such a condition.
Child of normal weight may sit on Santa's lap, but only if it is what you want.
Pictures need to be candid as much as possible (put on "burst" and take continuously) as posing with children is a challenge and you could become frustrated.
Santa, when time permits-when others not in line, will read a story/present special gift, of your bringing. Pick out books ahead of time.
Some children are very afraid of a Santa and it is natural; if you want Santa to interact with your scared child, please provide information such as description, name, siblings, special events, gift, etc. that Santa might use to make your child comfortable at the least.
Please have children on one room for arrival and departure so Santa is not seen getting into a car.
Place payment in an envelope and say “Thank you Santa, here is a Christmas card from all of us”.
