Not impressed. Called him 12 times before Christmas Eve to give him instructions. No return calls. Wanted him to meet me outside so I could him presents, Santa Jeff rang the door bell with empty Santa bag. Gave him notes about kids and family, he only read half the notes. Messed up the kids names and ages.
Pretty embarrassing and we only used him for 30 minutes of the hour, knowing he had to get to downtown Dallas.
Just a sad performance and my 9yr old know definetly knows their is no Santa.
Thanks GigMasters and Santa Jeff. DO NOT HIRE SANTA JEFF !

I worked with Tim and returned his calls, Tonys his son at nine years old is questioning the belief in santa. I arived on time and went to the door for instruction, after the vist was finished, I wemt across the street to deliver present to his neighbor that came from Tim and his family. Some time Santa cant live up to everyone expections.

Real Beard Santa was WONDERFUL! All the children loved him. I would highly reccomend him to anyone.
