I booked a Santa with a real beard and I thought he was coming but instead we received a Santa with a fake beard and no fault of his own. I wish the Santa that I had booked would have been upfront with and told me he wasn’t coming because our party wasn’t very important to him. The Santa with the fake beard that showed up was very nice and accommodating and I hope he didn’t have to give the other Santa the payment or the tip! And please make note that the 4 stars are the Santa that cared enough to show up and 1 stars are for the Santa that didn’t.

I can’t leave a review, he called three days before the party and canceled

New England Santa:

I had called Caitlin to tell her I could not be able to perform.I took the train from Boston to Walpole with my Santa wardrobe and brought it to the Walpole Fire headquarters so that she could use everything for the event.That evening I went to the hospital.I spoke to Caitlin and told her what was going on and I made the best effort to make her party
