It all started with Tom, a high-energy drummer from Chicago,and Ron, a very talented guitar player/vocalist from Baltimore, who had played around Chicago for years. One night they heard Megan, a spunky redhead from Kansas, singing in a local club. Megan's vocal talents and incomparable stage presence made her the perfect fit to Tom and Ron's new musical endeavor. The final piece of the Quasi Mojo puzzle is Richard, a Texan who brought more than a bass guitar into the fold - he added an entirely different element to the band by adding keys and a second guitar. Together, these four are more than they appear on any given song. Quasi Mojo has the versatility of a female singer and three male vocalists, each trading lead and backup vocal duties.
