Moving Parts is a live, musical entertainment powerhouse in Asheville N.C. with a mission to get butts out of their seats and on to the dance floor. We are a party motivated dance band that plays rock, funk, disco, country, Motown, pop, soul, and r&b hits from the 70's, 80's, 90's as well as what's on the radio right now! Our motto: 'Give the people what they want and Bring on the FUN!'. We are more than prepared to dish out great live entertainment comfortably at any venue. Whether it's an intimate party, wedding, or a full-on concert-like show, what you get at our show is professional and rehearsed sound. You don't get half put together mediocrity! We know how important it is to have a clean and full production at any volume and we can deliver. Come see a show and see/hear for yourself! All members of Moving Parts are well diversified musicians able to bring you 4-part vocal harmony, with each member taking duties as lead and backup vocalists. We think this is a strong part of our successful sound. We collectively can give you guitars (acoustic and electric), bass, percussion (acoustic and electronic drums), keyboards (synthesizers, pianos, organs etc.), saxophone, and whatever we can get our hands on!
