Jibilian/glass Rock Band from Ferndale, MI

JIBILIAN/GLASS consist of Gary Jibilian, who plays the NS/Stick, the new eight string tapping instrument made by Emmett Chapman, creator of the Stick, in which notes are produced by tapping with the fingers of both hands, resulting in a very unique, and intrigueing sound. Separate bass and melody lines can be played simultaneously, and with the use of looping equipment, this duo is capable of sounding more like a five piece band. Live, audiences are amazed, not only of the full sounds they hear, but also at the visual aspect of how Jibilian can play such an outrageous instrument. Todd Glass is an excellent drummer, combining grooves with incredible chops. His playing ads a new dimention to the songs; always complementing, never overplaying.
